Abstract

A laminated sheet made from leather offcuts is produced by a) cutting the offcuts into a common shape, b) pasting the shaped offcuts onto a cotton substrate using glue, and c) stitching the shaped offcuts together.

Description

TECHNICAL FIELD: This invention relates to leather materials field which use for manufacturing purpose.
BACK GROUND : Leather materials are use for manufacturing purpose This is special type of recycle leather naterial which comes from leather off cuts(leather wastage) ESSENTIAL TECHNICAL FEATURES: My leather material is a new and tecnicaly I make with proper measurement and cut them in one shape and I put off cuts on a cotton and paste them with glue and after that I stitch them so I give off cuts a shape and they again ready for making goods and other things etc.
EXA'tlPLES: My invention is simple but can build a new industry.
Fig(l) Show Technical points and Fig(2) Shows methord of making I already submit my recycle leather materials sample to you and Designs registration department.
REFERRING TO THE DRAWING THE MATERIAL SHOWS THAT,UNIQUE AND LONG LIFE BECAUSE CORNERS OF PIECES ARE COVERED AND FIG (1) SHOWS HOW I PUT PIECES TOGETHER (ONE SIDE UP AND ONE SIDE DOWN) AND FIX THEM AND WHAT TECHNIC I USE ALL OTHER ANSWERS ARE ALSO IN FIG(1) AND FIG(2) SHOWS WHAT TYPE OF FiETHORD I USE FOR RECYCLING THE WASTAGE (OFF CUTS) AND WHAT TYPES OF STITCHING I USE.

I MAKF THIS MATERTA1 WTTH LEATHER OFF-CUTS OR TRIMS(RECYCLING OF WASTAGE) T DEVELOPE A NEW PROCESS TO RE-USE THESE OFF-CUTS AGAIN TO NAKE LEATHER TEXTILE MATERIAL.TURTHER MORE IN DETAILS,I Ct;TS THE OFF-CUTS IN ONE SHAPE AND PASTE WITH GUM ONE BY ONE ON A TEXTILE MATERIAL/CLOTH.AND AFTER THAT I USE STITCHING MACHINE TO STITCH THESE OFF-CUTS ONE BY ONE TO HOLD THEM TOGETHER.AFTER THAT I USE LEVELLING MACHINE TO LEVEL THIS LEATHER MATERIAL AFTER THAT I USE IRON MACHINE TO IRON THE LEATHER MATERIAL TO GIVE FINAL TOUCH AND THIS IS MY LAST AND FINAL STAGE TO COMPLETE MY NEW INVENTION.
NOW MY LEATHER MATERIAL(OS LEATHER MATERIAL F!EAN OUT OF SCOPE LEATHER MATERIAL) IN MORE DETAIL IN PAST NO ONE THINK THAT THEY REUSE THESE TONNES OF TONNES OFF-CUTS AND THAT TIME THIS WAS OUT OF SCOPE BUT NOW THIS IS POSSIBLE WITH MY NEW PROCESS.
