Abstract

Cleansing-compositions especially suitable for aluminium ware consist of mixtures of citric acid and pumice with or without chalk or whiting, or of pumice and acid citrate of lime. Water, with or without binding agents, may be added to the powders to form cakes. In an example, 1 volume of citric acid powder is mixed with 2-4 volumes of pumice powder.
