Abstract

A spray attachment for a toilet, includes a mounting plate which is adapted to he secured at the rear of a toilet bowl immediately beneath the rear end of the toilet seat. The attachment carries a water inlet conduit and warm air inlet conduit. Both inlet conduits are fully covered by the mounting plate.

Description

HYGIENIC WATER CLOSET DEVICE.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVEiItTIO Hygienic water closet device has provided for use in assoclation with toilet.It is an object of the present invention to provide the device or an attachment for a conventional toilet to fulfil functional cleansing operations of a bidet and the device occupies no more space than already occupied by toilet when fitted in place.
Another object is to provlde improved hygiene, convenience comfort,coservation of water and space, an inexpensive and an adaptable water closet device for cleaning the lower parts of body on a water closet having seat which can be easily installed and removed without causing permanent damage or alteration to the bowl or the seat.Hygienic water closet device is an attachment for a water closet ,includes a mounting plate which is adapted to be secured on the upper surface of a toilet bowl at rear thereo'f immediately beneath the rear end of a toilet seat.An attachment carries a mounting plate, sections of a water inlet conduit and warm air inlet conduit.Both inlet conduits are fully covered by mounting plate.Hygienic water closet device can be easily connected to the valve of water supply plumbing. Water inlet conduit is made of following essential parts.
1. Right angled or L" shaped rigid tube.
2. Flexible tube (PLASTIC).
3. The nozzle(DEVICE PURPOSE SHAPED RIGID TUBE).
The nozzle is mounted beneath mounting plate for swinging and sliding movement from and to retracted and projected position in which the nozzle can be projected in a upwardly directed position at about the centre of bowl for washing. Warm air inlet conduit is made of following essential parts.
1. Right angled or "L"shaped rigid tubeCIK1CrER TUBE).
2. The nozzle (DEVICE PURPOSE SHAPED RIGID TUBE SLEEVED OVER INNER TUBE).
Warm air inlet conduit is mounted centrally beneath the mounting plate which can be easily connected to a sources of warm air supply.
As described above two inlet conduits can be mounted centrally beneath the mounting plate, one inlet conduit for water supply and another one is for warm air supply.
DESCRIPTION.
Hygienic water closet device has been provided for use in association with toilet. The device I (Fig. 1, 7, 8) of present invention is adapted to be secured to the upper rear surface of a toilet bowl 39(Fig. 7) of a water closet unit 36 (Fig. 7).Hygienic water closet device is made of stainless steel or suitable PVC plastic mounting plate, water inlet conduit and warm air inlet conduit. This mounting plate is flat but certain area is raised from one to two centimeters to cover inlet conduits for hygienic reason, sometime people urinate on toilet rim 39 (Fig. 7). This mounting plate has four holes 14,15, 16, 17(Fig.2, 5) and four slots 18,19,21,22 (Fig. 2,5).
The device is provided with two holes 14,15(Fig.1,7) which are located to receive two bolts 31,32(Fig.7) and projecting downwardly from two mounting members 31A,32A(Fig. 7) respectively on which toilet seat 35 (Fig. 7) is pivotal mounted to lock the device between the upper surface of the rim and the rear portion of toilet seat.A water inlet conduit is mounted beneath mounting plate.A water inlet conduit which is made of the nozzle 2(Fig.1), mounting clips 24, 42 (Fig. 1) to plate, mounting clips 7,23(Fig.1) to tubes ( clips are made of suitable plastic or metal),flexible tube 29fFig.l) and nL" shaped tube 30 (Fig. 1) which is formed from suitable rigid plastic or metal such as copper or from a metal alloy. This NLH shaped tube is mounted to the plate by two clips 24,42(Fig. 1).
The nozzle tube formed from suitable rigid plastic or metal such as copper or metal alloy. The nozzle's approximately one third towards spraying end is bent at three points(POSITION A,B,C Fig. iC) and at the point (POSITION D Fig.1C) approximately one third of remaining nozzle towards water supply end the nozzle is mounted to nozzle clip 6fFig.lC) or sleeved through nozzle clip. The nozzle easily slides and swings through nozzle clip. This clip is made of rigid plastic or metal such as brass, copper or metal alloy.
The nozzle clip is provided with a threaded hole 16A (Fig. iC) which located to receive bolt 5fF+g.lC) downwardly from mounting plate on which mounting or nozzle clip is pivotal mounted. This nozzle clip swings when required to project the nozzle centrally of the bowl.
The nozzle's water supply end is connected to the flexible plastic tube and clipped 7(Fig.1C),ther'eabout to this connection a slightly curved metal lever 4(Fig.iC) with plastic or metal knob 3(Fig.iC) is soldered to the nozzle (POSITION E,Fig.1C). Water supply end of plastic tube is connected and clipped 23 (Fig. 1) to the "L" shaped copper tube 30 (Fig. 1) and water supply end of this right angled copper tube is connected to the valve 37(Fig.3,6,7) of water supply plumbing 38(Fig.3,6,7).Right angled or wl"shaped copper tube is also mounted to the mounting plate by clips 24, 42(Fig.1).
Warm air supply inlet conduit is made of two suitable rigid PVC plastic or metal such as copper or metal alloy. Outer tube or the nozzle 8(Fig.l) is sleeved over inner or "L" shaped tube 9(Fig.i) and both tubes are mounted beneath mounting plate by clips 25,26,43 (Fig. 1). nL" shaped copper tube can be connected to source of warm air supply. A lever 10(Fig.iD) is plotted through slot 21 (Fig. 2) of mounting plate and soldered to the top end of the nozzle (POSITION H,Fig.1) to slide and swing the nozzle.
First by sliding the knob 3(Fig.2) forward on slot to position T1(Fig.2,8),nozzle 2(Fig.i) will move sideways beneath toilet seat outwardly position ii (Fig. 8) by lifting the knob from slot curved lever 4 (Fig.1C) will come out to position T2(Fig. 2,8) on slot, therewith nozzles jet or spraying end 20A(Flg.lC) will turn ninety degree upwardly position N2(Fig.8) then by sliding the lever right to slot top (POSITION T1,Fig.2,8) nozzle's jet end will gain pojected position X(Fig.3,8) centrally of the bowl.By turning on valve 37(Fig.3,7) thereupo'n water will flow through inlet conduit and the lower parts of body can be washed.Water inlet conduit can be mounted left or right side of the device according to whether user is left or right handed.
The device of the present invention is installed as described above by bolting it to the rear of water closet bowl and making suitable connection to source of hot and cold water to the desired temperature, mixed water can be discharged by the nozzle. Water supply can be stopped by turning off valve. Warm air nozzle 8(Fig.1) will gain projected position (POSITION 7, Fig. 8) by sliding the lever 10(Fig.2) towards bowl on top and sideways of slot 21 (Fig. 2) then lower parts of body can be dried from supply of warm air source.
The nozzle is moved from projected to the retracted position by sliding the lever 10(Fig. 2) backward on sideways and top of slot 21 (Fig. 2).
This warm air supply inlet conduit can be used to supply water for cleaning lower parts of body.
The water supply nozzle can be moved from the projected upwardly and centrally of bowl to the retracted position by sliding the lever backward on slot (POSITION T2,Fig.2,8) then inserting the lever back in the curved slot 18(Fig.2, 8) the knob will gain its upper position Ti (Fig. 2, 8) on slot and sliding the knob backward on slot to position T2 (Fig. 2,8).
Hygienic water closet device (Fig. 4) can carry centrally mounted two inlet conduits, water inlet conduit and warm air inlet conduit. Two slots 21,22(Fig.5) are provided by this device to slide the nozzles and both inlet conduits are mounted beneath the plate by two clips 27, 28 (Fig. 4).
Water inlet conduit is made of two rigid tubes, from suitable PVC plastic or metal such as copper or metal alloy. Outer tube or the nozzle IlA(Ffg.4) is sleeved over inner or NLII shaped tube 12A(Fig.4).A lever 13A(Ffg.5) ls plvotted through slot 22(Fig.5) of mounting plate and soldered to the top end of nozzle (POSITION H1,Fig.4) to slide and swing the nozzle. The nozzle's bottom end towards toilet bowl is bent at two places Fl, Gi (Fig. 4).
Inner tube's unsleeved part is connected to valve 37(Flg.6,7) of water supply plumbing 38 (Fig. 6, 7) By sliding the lever iSA (Fig. 5) half way on slot 22 (Fig. 5) therewi'th jet or spraying end 33 (Fig. 4) of nozzle towards bowl will slide sideways underneath toilet seat 35(Fig.9) to position N3(Fig.9),therea'fter by lowering the lever 13A(Flg.5) on slot to ninety degree downward therewi'th nozzle's spraying end will turn upwardly position N4 (Fig. 9).then by sliding the lever sideways on slot 22 (Fig. 5) towards bowl, nozzle's spraying end will gain its projecting position Xi (Fig. 6, 9).A valve 37(Fig. 6,7) connected to the water supply plumbing 38(Fig.6,7) can be turned on to wash the lower parts of body.
The nozzle is moved from projected position to retracted posltlon by sliding back the lever sideways and half way lifting up at right angle then sliding it backward on slot.
Warm air supply inlet conduit can be operated as described above by using supply of warm air source (POSITION Y1,Fig.9) to dry lower parts of body. Both inlet conduits are mounted by mounting clips 27,28(Fig.4) centrally of mounting plate.
Hygienic water closet device's only one inlet conduit can be connected to water and warm air supply sources making a suitable connection by means of union.

Claims (8)

CLAIMS.
1. A hygienic water closet device is an attachment or a spraying device fs invented for cleaning lower parts of body by users on a water closet having seat. Wherein the said spraying or jet device comprises mounting plate, water and warm air inlet conduits.
Water inlet conduit comprises copper tube,flexible tube and the nozzle. Warm air inlet conduit comprlses outer tube or the nozzle and inner tube, outer tube or the nozzle is sleeved over inner tube.
The nozzles proJect their position centrally of toilet bowl by sliding and swinging then turning on valve of water supply and from warm air source lower parts of body can be cleaned and dried.Said nozzles are moved from the projected position centrally of the bowl to the retracted position by sliding and swinging. Both inlet conduits are mounted beneath mounting plate.
2. A hygienic water closet device as claimed in Claim 1 wherein the said device is pivotal mounted through provided two holes beneath the toilet seat and rear of the toilet.
3. A hygienic water closet device as claimed in Claim 1 or Claim 2, wherein mounting clips means are provided to mount both said inlet conduits beneath the mounting plate.
4. A hygienic water closet device as claimed in Claim 2 or Claim 3, wherein knob and levers are provided on sad nozzles for sliding and swinging movement through clips mounted to the mounting plate.
5. A hygienic water closet device as claimed in any of claims 1 to 4 wherein flexible and rigid tubing is formed from suitable PVC plastic or synthetic rubber and metal such as copper or metal alloy.
The sad mounting plate is made of metal such as stainless steel or aluminium or suitable PVC plastic. All rigid and flexible clips are made of metal such as copper, brass and metal alloy or suitable plastic. All levers, knobs,, bolts used are made of metal such as copper, brass and metal alloy or suitable rigid plastic.
6. A hygienic water closet device as claimed in any preceding claim wherein the sad device is provided with at least one inlet conduit.
7. A hygienic water closet device substancially as herein described with reference to Fig.1 to Fig.5 of the accompanying drawings.
8. A hygienic water closet divine substancially as herein described with reference to Fig.6 to Fig.9 of the accompanying drawings.
