Kinematograph apparatus.- In apparatus comprising continuous-feed sprockets a feeding arm and a shutter drum, the means for actuating the feeding arm and an intermediate wheel in the drive for the sprockets are arranged on the shutter or on its shaft; the openings in the shutter may have V-shaped extremities. As shown, a handle 9 on the shaft of the top sprocket 5 drives a wheel 10 in mesh with an intermediate wheel 11 on the shutter shaft 12, the wheel 11 being also in mesh with a wheel 13 on the shaft of the lower sprocket 6. The shutter 4 is formed with a fly-wheel rim 15, has two openings with V-shaped extremities 31, and is connected to cams 16, 17. The feeding arm 18 has pins 30 engaging the film, lugs 19, 20 formed by cutting and bending the metal, and a forked end 21. The cams 16, 17 engage the lugs 19, 20 and actuate the arm 18 so as to feed the film intermittently. The forked end 21 engages a pin 22 on a disc 23 which is rotatable to centre the film; the disc is secured to a knurled knob and is held in desired position by frictional means.
