Receptacles provided with cooling-means. -A portable refrigerator in which dairy produce may be carried comprises a receptacle 1 lined with asbestos and fitted with a sliding lid 2 and rubber handle 6. Hinged and perforated shelves 7 are provided, and a chamber 4 is fitted at each end of the receptacle to contain ice. A padded frame 11 may be provided to rest on and secure the goods carried by one or more of the shelves.
