Bicycles; spring devices.-In a child's cycle, the usual horizontal frame 1 is forked at its rear end and terminates at its front end in an upright or rearwardly-inclined portion 4 fitted with spaced brackets 5 adapted to embrace and serve as pivots for the steering-pillar 6, one or more springs 9, 10 being interposed between one of the brackets and abutments 7, 8 on the steering-pillar.
