DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The traditional stationary base vice is animly for simple and facilitate purpose, and so is mostly driven by labor.
Consequently, when the L-sized vice clamps t"e works, its capability is used to be poor. This design offers a kind of tero-set independent drive thread lead and equipped with the sifting clip jowl of semicircle or fixed shaft or fixed spindle shifting clip, which separately driven by the independent drive thread lead, lest it could improve its clip capability and available dimension.
The cause of the design limited to being applicable for the clip vice with shifting clip as follows: 1, To expand the availability dimension for clamp the irregular works, as refered to Fig. A & B demonstrated.
2. When clamp the irregular works, its capability is better than that f single-set sports jowl, thdt is , its total capability equal to twice clamp, as refered to Fig C, which is a real example for clamp spherical works.
In order to expand the function of clip vice wit shifting clip and increase the stability of the clip against the force, hereby to demonstrate a real example son by Fig.
1 # 1 - 6, with the details as follows:
Fig1 1 is a solid segregation of the said creation, Fig 1-1 is the combination of the said creation.
Fig.1-2 is the lateral -side section of the said creation
Fig.1-3 is the depressional view of the said creation.
Fig.1-4 is the real lateral vie of the said creation.
Fig,1-5 is the frontal view of the said creation.
Fig.1-6 is the back view of the said creation,
The structure is hereby demonstrated as follows:
The 101 is the enbodiment of the clip vice, its middle with longitudinal square@like intermediate conducting hole 103j to be slide in and out by the root of two- set shifting jowl 107 set 104 which can be equipped with semicircle slide clip Cor plane clip), and the bottom is the base appears circle 105, having two sets of lock hole 106, and the back is the con,mon anvil base 109, and the base to be shape-adjusted hammering the works, on the top and bottom of the enbodiment's ends, each has a indented-re-entrant staircased jaw 102, 102 which can be combined with the jaw-re-entrant section 117, 118 on the roots end of the shifting jowls 107, to to facilitate with the function for clamp tne works with shape of vertical long-bar.
Tnese two jowl sets 107, lOö can be coupling with the intermediate longitudinal square-like conducting hole 103 on the enbodiment 101, which by way of two sets of independent drive conducting lead 111, 112 can be separately coupling with the shaft 113, 114 fastened on the enbodiment into longitudinal thread hole (of 113, 114), and independently to be back and forth operated, The
Slide plane 115, 116. beteeen these two sets of slide jowl appear flat, or furthermore appear pigeon-tailed groove by mutual sliding curved, to lead into cross stable phase; each top of shifting jowl and chuck jowl has to sets of semicircle slide clip 121, 122, 123, 124.The jowl
Phase between the semicircle slide clips roughly appears interior re-entrant shown by 119, 120, to provide with
the space for clamp the works. Between the semicircle clip
and jowl side can be set with 8 shorter plane clip 125, 126,
127, 128 (alternative).
In order to provide for clamp tin and irregular works easily
the staircased clamp 130, 131 are further designed for sep
arately being set on tb top of two sets of slide jowl. The
other set of staircased clamp 132 is set on the top of the
chuck jowl. They are the same in tne characteristics of
appearing indented between the clamp line, and also partly
stamped on the semicircle clip; the interio re-entrant back side between these to semicircle clips appears indented
so as not to interfer with the semicircle clip when it
swings inward to clamp the works. between the starcased clamp and the jowl, there are cross curved groove 133 and
chuck bsle and thread hole, which are locked by screw 134,
The aforesaid real example is to prove that this design is
available, which is further to expand the function and
applications relating to this creation, The following real
examples are based upon Fig 1 to extend various kinds
improvement, with the details as follows: :
Fig2 is a real example for the staircased clamp capable of
shifting backwards.
Fig,3 is a real example for plane clip used on tbe chuck jowl Fig.4 is a real example for the sports jol capable of moving
backwards
Fig.5 is a real example for the usage af this design for
swivel clip with fixed shaft.
Fig6 is a real example for staircased clamp used or. clip vice with single sports jowl.
As shout by Fig,2, the outer side between the aforesaid semicircle clip and jowl is allowed not to set a small plane plane clip, and let the side of jowl appear indented backwards, shown as 201, so as to proyide clamp re-entrant works with space, but the outer side of staircased clamp should be indented backwrads at the same time.
The structural relationship between the aforesaid to sets of jowl can be shown on Fig3, as to change chuck jowl into plane clip, and the intermediate is not re-entrant, and to ;nake these two small plane clips 127, 128 into g linen stick phase as one body, while the support staircased clump is to appear linen plate and roughly indented to fasten on it, which is as a sticker against te sports jowl of semicircle clip set
Also, the stationary base clip vice, in tradition, not only with structure of sift forward but also lea@ with same that of shift backward.
Bed on the same creation, the staircased clamp used as hack @shift shown by Fig.4, with the same characteristics as that of forward-shift.
Besides, when the shifting clip is set with shat 501 or central hole 5Q2, the re-entrant size of the staircased clamp shall provide the works with full space so as not interfer with any position its clip situated, shown by Fig.@ The characteristics of this design is further to let two-set independent drive shifting clip jowl separately be driven by the thread lead with same or different space, to drive the shifting jowl clamp the works separately, If to use the thread lead with same space can drive in order at random. If to use the thread lead with. different space, the thread led with smaller sapce is usually the last one to @e forced
When the indenpendent adjusting sports jo@l clamp the irregular works it becomes special for wider available dimension.
This staircased clamp is also available for bed base vice structured with same clip jowl but with same clip different base, or stationary base vice with single set of sports jowl on shifting clip, or bed base shorn as Fig.6.The structure is characterized with combining the staircased clamp on two sets of shifting jol into one piece and fixed at a single jowl, wile the relationship between the staircased clamp and jowl is the same as which with two Sndenpendent jowl,
Upon the conclusion, the application case is designed for the special staircased clamp with shifting clip jowl to clamp thin and irregular works, and the vice separately with a shifting clip and indenpendent drive adjusting two-set shifting jowl, hile expand available dimension on clamp the thin and irregular works and larger deformed works and besides to make re@entrant staircased jaw between shifting jowl's end anu enbodiment tS end, to provide with vertical clamp function for vertical irregular long-bar works Henceforth, this case designed has actually expanded the function of clip vice. @e @ereby appreciate your inspection accordingly
