Abstract

The traveller's rechargeable heat bank consists of two parts, part A and part B. The part A acts as a heater and heat store and it contains a coil which converts electrical energy into heat energy. This heat energy is stored in a suitable medium within part A. Part B is a junction or adaptor to be used only during recharging part A with energy. This junction B connects part A with the electric supply during recharging part A with energy. Part A can be carried in the pocket as a hand warmer or be used to warm a sleeping baby. <IMAGE>

Description

THE TRAVELLER'S RECHARGEABLE HEAT BANK This invention relates to the heating field.
We know that: the heating systems, which are known till now, are used for closed areas, such as the rooms of houses, offices, and so on. But people still need an invention which can enable them to obtain heat, while they are in opened areas, such as while they are walking in streets, waiting the bus at bus-stops, and so on.
The present invention will make people to obtain heat, during they are being in opened areas, such as while they are walking in streets, waiting the bus at bus-stops, and so on.
Now, I will descripe the invention, with reference to the accompanying drawing, which is a layout drawing.
The invention consists mainly of two parts, part "A" and part "B".
The part "A" is the part which act as a heater, and from which people obtain heat.
The part "B" is an junction (fuse), which connects the part "A" with the source of electric energy for the purpose of charging part "A" with energy before using it as a heater.
Again, as shown in the accompanying layout drawing, the part "A" consists of: (1) a heating element "1" which is a resistance coil, and this heating element "1" is fixed to the base "g" at the electric terminals "2" and "3" which are placed in the groves "4" and "5".
(2) The heating element "1" is immersed in a suitable medium or material "6", which act as a heat store.
(3) The medium or material "6" is kept inside the container "7".
(4) The container "7" has a cover "8" which act as an insulator, against heat loss, when the part "A" is not in use.
The part "B" consists of the body "10" which carries the conducting elements (Pins) "11", "12", "13" and "14".
An now, I will explain how the invention be used: The first step is to charge part "A" with energy. This must be done by connecting the part "A" with the part "B" with the aid of "4", "5", "13" and "14".
The second step is to make the junction "B" (fuse) to be connected with a socket of electric power supply, with the aid of "11" and "12".
The third step is to wait till the part "A" be charged with heat.
The step No 4 is to disconnect the part "A" from the part "B".
of course, during charging part "A" with energy, the coil "1" produces heat which be stored in the medium "6".
Now, the part "A" is ready to be used as a heat bank (heater). And to obtain heat from it, the cover "8" must be removed to leave the outer surfaces of the container "7" which is hot. And the recieving heat from the outer surfaces of the container "7" can take different ways as following: (1) The person who want to recieve the heat, can catch the part "A" with his hands (After removing the cover "8"), touching the outer surfaces of the container "7", and feels warm.
OR : (2) The part "A" can be put (After removing the cover "8") in the pocket of the clothes (such as the pocket of the coat).
OR : (3) The part "A" can be put (After removing the cover "8")inside the baby's car to give heat needed for warming the baby.
These are three examples, but of course, there are several ways to use the part "A" as a heat bank (heater).

Claims (5)

1. The traveller's rechargeable heat bank consists of two separate parts. One part (A) acts as a heater and can be accompanied to be used for getting heat everywhere since it is cordless. This means that it can be used inside buildings and outdoors as well. The other part (B) acts as a junction between the part "A" and the source of energy at the time of charging part (A) with energy before the use of part (A) as a heater for getting heat everywhere.
2. The coil which converts the electrical energy into heat energy is included within part (A) [the heater] and not a separate part. This makes it easy to recharge the device with energy everywhere.
3. The heater (Part "A") has a cover which acts as a protection for the stored heat from loss when the device is not in use.
4. The heater (part "A") can be manufactured in different sizes, and can be used in different ways. It can be made very small to be just caught by hands to get warm. It can be manufactured as a part of the car of baby to give heat needed for warming the baby, or similar situations, and so on.
5. The accompanying drawing completes the above mentioned claims.
