Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a thermal insulation device for cold protection purpose to forcibly generate heat to the heating wire (9) inserted and attached to the garment by using a light and portable ultra-compact battery power source, in particular easy to handle and safe heating wire The heating element (8) relates to a thermostat that is light in weight and flexible so that it is easily attached to clothes to generate a constant temperature higher than the body.
There are currently no power-training apparel thermostats powered by winter, and the key depends on the weight and heating of the battery. The hot wire should be light, flexible and firm as it is inserted into the garment. There are types of heating wires such as nichrome wire, kanthal wire, pyromax wire, siriconite, and cokestan, but all of them cause problems in flexibility and thinness and life of less than 1 (mm), which are conditions for inserting wire for clothing. . Until now, the general purpose of the heating wire is to obtain the desired purpose by heat generation by AC power in industrial equipment or to use it to prevent freezing of the winter season. A high voltage of about 500V is required. However, it is very difficult to calculate the resistance value of the heat wire with only a few minutes of minute time with the few volt voltage of the battery.
In addition, since the battery must be portable, a small, light, and high efficiency battery is required, but a battery capable of generating about 4 hours of heat has a high storage capacity (Ah) at a prescribed voltage of 6 to 12V, and thus a weight of 800 (g). Only heavy products that are weird. In particular, lead-acid batteries have a sensitive capacity to temperature, which reduces their use time to 60% in winter. In addition, it is impossible to use it at all because it has a low storage capacity with general batteries, and the next generation lithium battery can be miniaturized, but it is also impossible to manufacture a high capacity battery at present. There is also a risk of explosion.
Therefore, the main object of the present invention is a thermal insulation device consisting of a compact high-performance battery pack and a heating element inserted with a flexible heating wire that can generate heat even at a very low voltage, it is light and easy to handle and safe to use, and also charges the battery once The heating temperature of the heating wire is to provide a warmth-apparel for the purpose of winter clothing that lasts about 4 hours at 45 degrees higher than the body.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a rechargeable battery, a battery pack and a charger having excellent weight efficiency and power efficiency, and also a heating element (8) of a type wrapped in an external waterproof cloth and inserted therein.
The present invention employs a nickel battery that satisfies the performance and battery weight of the battery produced at present time for the rechargeable battery with excellent weight efficiency and power efficiency. Cylindrical nickel batteries, which are single cells, are connected in series with each other to make the thrust voltage of the battery group approximately 4 volts, and the details of the configuration of the battery pack will be described in detail with reference to FIG. In the battery pack (2) together with the nickel battery (1) described above, an over-discharge prevention circuit (4) for preventing over-discharge in use of the battery is inserted in the output circuit to prevent shortening of the life of the battery due to over-discharge. A discharge indicator (3) is displayed on the top of the battery pack to indicate the remaining time according to the voltage change of the battery, and the user is provided with a self-diagnosis function to check the remaining time with each other, and the jack (5) for external power supply is provided. It is characterized by being built. In addition, the battery charger uses a rapid constant voltage charger 14 capable of short-term fast charging. By doing so, it is possible to maintain proper battery life, performance and weight.
The present invention also relates to the above-described heat ray heating element 8, in which heat wires are wound in parallel between non-combustible nonwoven fabrics as described in FIG. 2 to increase the area of heat exchange, and the heat insulating material 11 on the opposite side in contact with the body. The non-flammable non-woven fabric 10 is treated in a form that encloses the non-combustible nonwoven fabric 10 so that the heat generated during use is not released to the atmosphere. The effect can be assured. The end portion of the heating wire is treated with lead dam after removing the coating in order to be combined with the copper wire for battery power connection, and is covered with an insulating cover 13 on it. The opposite end of the copper wire for general power is welded to the plug jack 6 so that it can be inserted into the charging jack of the battery pack. This jack is used to power on or off the battery pack. The jack may be inserted into any pocket for apparel.
4 and 5 show a cold insulation thermostat for clothes according to an embodiment of the present invention. It shows an example attached to the actual clothing, because the battery pack and the heating element (8) are all inserted into and attached to the clothing, it is not visible from the outside at all, the other person can not sense the wearing state.
이상에서 상술한 바와같이 본 발명은, 고성능 저무게의 배터리를 삽입한 배터리팩을 이용하여 중저항체인 열선 발열체를 불연 부직포에 삽입하여 이 발열체를요구하는 의류에 부착하여 발열 시킴으로서 사용상의 안전성 제고시키는 한편 동절기 실외에서 신체 보온효과를 확실히 가질 수 있도록 해준다 .As described above, the present invention uses a battery pack in which a high-performance low-weight battery is inserted to insert a heating wire heating element, which is a heavy resistance element, into a non-combustible nonwoven fabric to attach the heating element to a garment that requires heat, thereby improving safety in use. On the other hand, it helps to keep the body warm in winter.
