Abstract

Implements with adjustable tool frames; disc and rotary tool implements; lifting tool frames manually; motors, arrangement of.-A plough attachment for a tractor comprises a plough-carrying bar pivoted at its rear end and inclined so that the plough operates in the track of one of the front wheels, which wheels are fitted with cutters to act as coulters. The rear end of the bar B is pivoted on an inclined pin 10 bolted to the drawbar coupling-member D. The forward end is adjustable vertically in a slotted and detachable bracket K by means of lever mechanism. The end is bent rearwardly and carries a disc plough D<1>, being strengthened by a brace 12. Each front wheel W<1> consists of two annular sections 15, 16 provided with flanges 17 between which are riveted the ends of the two sets of spokes. Arcuate cutter sections S are fitted between the flanges 17 so as to form a continuous cutter, the sections being notched to fit over the ends of the spokes and being secured by cotter pins 26.
