Maps. - A map section comprises a sheet a bearing the map proper and a smaller sheet d located adjacent thereto and bearing matter such as compass marks and indications relating to neighbouring sections, the sheets being preferably mounted on a strip of stiff paper f, a backing c of metal, preferably aluminium, and a transparent celluloid cover b, perforations i or a hinged strip being provided for enabling a number of sections to be assembled in a cover. The backing c is preferably larger than the cover b so that the edges may be bent over and secured to the front of the cover by adhesive.
