215,540. Griffiths, R. W., and Griffiths, T. L., (trading as Griffiths & Sons, E.). April 16,1923. Look-out reflectors.-A support for an observation mirror for motor road vehicles &c. comprises a triangular frame attached along its base to the vehicle, the mirror being mounted at its apex. The frame consists of a member 4 shaped to fit the support 5 to which it is secured by band clips 6, tubular arms 1 and a junction member 2. A cylindrical member 8 held by the member 2 has a cupped flange 9 in which is seated a hemispherical boss 12 on the back of the mirror 3 which is secured to the member 8 by a part spherical cup 13, bolt 14 and wing-nut 17. A spring. pressed cup 19 keeps the cup 13 in contact with the boss 12 during adjustment. For the curved handlebars of cycles &c. the base member may be in two parts inclined at an angle.
