Tracks for recreation.-In amusement slides, part of the floor of which is formed of one or more rotating wheels a, the cars or toboggans c are attached to one or more guides, which may be in the form of a cable f, passing round the heels g of the wheels a, as shown in Fig. 3, or, as shown in Figs. 1 and 2, an arm d may be secured to the car c and provided with rollers e engaging a guide b. The guide b may be made movable relatively to the wheel a to vary thedirection of motion of the cars, which are driven outwards at the bends by centrifugal force.
