Abstract

209,514. McGregor, E. Oct. 21, 1922. Safety - pins. - A safety - pin fastening comprises a safety-pin 1 having a loop B at the end adjacent the catch C and so constructed that the arms adjoining the loop are at right-angles to each other, the loop lying in the same plane as the remainder of the pin, and a second safetypin 2 having a loop H in the centre of the back. The loop H is passed over the short arm of the pin 1 into the loop B, the two pins thus connected lying at right-angles.
