Abstract

209,140. Clissold, R. July 7, 1923. Ointments.-An ointment containing oil of eucalyptus, vaseline, beeswax, and oil of swallows (also known as oil of elder and consisting of colza oil with the addition of chlorophyll) is prepared by heating half of the oil of swallows with the beeswax, separately heating the remaining oil of swallows with the vaseline and a little of the oil of eucalyptus, cooling these mixtures and mixing them together and with the remaining oil of eucalyptus, again heating and finally allowing it to cool.
