Formaldehyde is condensed by known methods with aliphatic amines, under which term is included benzylamine and piperidine. Condensation products specified are triethyltrimethylenetriamine, tribenzyltrimethylenetriamine, tetraethylmethylenetriamine from diethylamine and formaldehyde, and dipiperidylmethylenediamine. Specifications 7370/14, [Class 70, India-rubber &c.], and 180,978 are referred to.
