Abstract

Device for cutting food products comprising a housing (1, 2) provided inside with a lamellar space (3) rotatingly receiving a cutting tool (4) having the shape of an inclined circular sector, of which one of the edges (4, 2) is a cutting edge, said housing (1, 2) being provided with two orifices (7, 11) arranged facing each other, on each side of the lamellar space (3), one of these orifices (7) receiving a pressing member (8) for pressing the food products towards the lamellar space (3), the other of these orifices (11) or outlet orifice for the cut products, comprising a series of parallel cutting blades (12), perpendicular to the lamellar space (3).
