Mounting rotors; driving-arrangements. - The armature 3 of a traction or other motor is yieldingly supported upon and positively drives the shaft 1 by means of rings 5 of rubber or other non-metallic cushioning material. The rings 5 are fastened to the armature hub and to sleeves 6 on the shaft by means of clamping- rings and bolts 8, 10.
