Abstract

A television camera is provided with a test pattern projecting device which is capable of forming an image of a test pattern of a desired color temperature onto the television tube. An image of a test pattern with adjustable color temperature is obtained by spatially dividing a test pattern illuminating light beam into plural color component beams, independently regulating the strength of the component beams and re-uniting the divided component beams.
