Abstract

A device for mounting a wall panel (5) on to the surface of a wall body (10) with a gap or space therebetween comprises a panel strip (6) jointing two wall panels (5, 5) and provided with at least one internally threaded hole (4) and at least one basal plate (1) fixed to wall body (10) and provided with a screw bolt (2) implanted in a substantially perpendicular position thereto, which is screwed into the threaded hole (4) in panel strip (6) to a depth such that the distance (D) between basal plate (1) and panel strip (6) can be adjusted exactly to conform to the desired dimensions of the room. <IMAGE>
