Abstract

A crop sprayer comprising a pivot-steering frame has front and rear axles 4, 6 equally spaced from a vertical steering pivot 3, and a spray boom 12 forwardly of a driver's position 20 on the frame, for dispensing liquid in spray form downwardly into the crop. Both a pivot-steering mechanism and a drive transmission to one or two differentials are located wholly above a plane including the two axles. The crop sprayer can move easily through a cereal crop with both sets of wheels traversing the same path, and allows good visibility of the spray boom. <IMAGE>
