Abstract

A sealing system for use with a container door comprises a first substantially rigid member (1) for connection to an edge of a door or panel (c), a second resiliently deformable sealing member (17) connectable to the outer face of the first member and a third substantially rigid member (23) for holding the first and second members together. The first member may be U-shaped or L- shaped and may be a frame member for the door or panel. The second member may have two sealing arms (19), a third may be provided. A flange as an additional seal may be provided on the third member. The first and third members may be of extruded rigid PVC or aluminium or of rolled steel, the second member of extruded rubber or resilient plastics material. <IMAGE>
