Abstract
The invention concerns devices for feeding in and reception of broad- band HF pulse signals on a remotely fed length of cable through high- voltage capacitor arrangements at the receiving and transmitting ends. In conventional systems the signals transmitted through the high-voltage capacitors tend to be distorted. As described, the invention provides a processing stage SE, L3 for additional regeneration of the signals transmitted through the high-voltage capacitor C1. The signals are processed in a stage E1, S1, L1 before transmission through the high-voltage capacitor C1 to reduce the d.c. and low frequency components thereof. Devices in accordance with the invention are particularly suited for use in PCM broad-band systems. <IMAGE>
