Abstract

A mobile mixing apparatus, which is particularly suited for mounting on a railway wagon W comprises first and second mixers 10, each configured to produce a mixed product (such as concrete) and each being operable independently of the other. A common receiving means 14 receives the mixed product from the first and second mixers 10 and means for discharging mixed product (e,g, a discharge chute 44) is provided for discharging mixed products from the common receiving means 14.
