Abstract

A beer dispensing installation comprising several kegs (1), each one containing a specific base product (2), wherein said base products (2) are homogenous but have different compositions, also comprising a dispensing tap (3), wherein each keg (1) is connected in parallel to a mixing unit (4) suitable for mixing the base products (2) coming from the kegs (1) in a specific proportion, and suitable for obtaining a final product (5) in said mixing unit (4), which is homogenous to the base products (2), the mixing unit (4) being connected to the dispensing tap (3), the mixing unit (4) being programmable in order to modify the proportion of the different base products (2) comprised by the final product (5).
