Abstract

A panel frame construction comprises an outer rectangular frame 10, 11, 14, 15 with mitred corners and a transverse intermediate member 16 with chamfered ends. In assembly, the intermediate member is first positioned between opposite members 14, 15 and the frame members 10, 11 then positioned. Cleats (26) with expanding heads (28) are used to secure the ends of the intermediate member. <IMAGE>
