Abstract

A spring fastener comprises a generally planar element (15) provided with a plurality of resiliently deflectable tongues (16) having free end portions at least partially defining the periphery of an aperture (17) through the device. Two limbs (19, 20) extend outwardly from the periphery of the planar element (15) and are separated by a slot (18) which extends to the aperture (17). The fastener may be applied to a spigot which extends through an aperture. <IMAGE>
