Springs, arrangement of. - In a perambulator or like vehicle, the springs are secured to the longitudinal members of the underframe, or to brackets thereon, by welding and the parts of the springs adjacent the welds receive support from the longitudinal members or brackets to relieve the parts which may be affected by the heat of the welding from any stress. As shown, the spring 3 is secured in a tubular longitudinal member 1 by spot welding applied through holes 7 in the member 1.
