Abstract
A protective coating for heat- stressed parts is applied by a plasmatic or high-temperature spray. The coating is composed of nickel and also 0.1% to 20% by weight of chromium, 0.1% to 7% by weight of silicon, 0.1% to 5% by weight of boron and up to 8% by weight of iron. Optionally up to 5% by weight each of Mo, Co, W and Cu may be present.
