Abstract
One or more vertically disposed resilient bellows 2 have one end attached to a float 1 which follows the liquid wave movements and the opposite end attached to a plate 3 located some distance below the liquid surface, which has a high hydraulic impedance. Each bellows has inlet and outlet non-return valves 5, 6 so that pumping of the liquid occurs due to expansion and contraction of the bellows as the float moves up and down relative to the plate. <IMAGE>
