Abstract

A capacitive alternating voltage divider, e.g. for medium or high voltage, comprising the series circuit of at least two capacitors C1 C2, one of which (C2) serves as a measuring capacitor from which the output voltage is derived is characterized in that the measuring capacitor is connected to a path S1, RL with a variable impedance and that control means F1, D, BL are present which react to a D.C. voltage component in the output voltage to reduce said impedance in the presence of a D.C. voltage component and to increase it in the absence of a D.C. voltage component. <IMAGE>
