Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a converted output straightly corresponding to displacement by using a single capacity type displacement detector in industrial measurement. CONSTITUTION:AC signals are fed from an oscillator 20 to a displacement detector 18 composed of a variable impedance element C2 and a fixed impedance element C1, the difference between signals i1 and i2 outputted from the detector 18 according to the displacement is detected as corresponding differene voltage by a difference detecting circuit 21 and the sum of these signals i1 and i2 is detected as corresponding sum voltage by a sum detecting circuit 22. The ratio of the sum voltage to the difference voltage is operated by an operation circuit 23, converted and outputted.
