Abstract

The title compound has various therapeutical activities, including muscle relaxing and anti-inflammatory activity, and is prepared by isolation from natural sources in a manner known per se, or by a chemical procedure starting from the corresponding 4-amino-5-cyano- imidazole and forming the isoguanine ring system.
