Abstract

A washing machine having a water distributor which serves to supply four outlet ducts 8, 5, 6, 7 each leading to a washing agent dispenser from two inlet ducts 1, 2 each of which is controlled by an electromagnetic valve 11, 12. Each water inlet can supply two outlets, the corresponding jet being intercepted by a deflector flap 3, 4 whose position determines which outlet is to be supplied. The two flaps, which cooperate with the two inlets, are mechanically coupled, e.g. by a link 9. From a rest position, which is obtained by an resilient return force, exerted by a spring 10, each inlet jet moves the movable system 3, 4, 9 into one of the two deflected positions which it can occupy. The sequential supply of one inlet and then the other, and the other way around, enables four outlets to be successively supplied with water. <IMAGE>
