197,998. Gabet, A. L. L. Jan. 23, 1922. Boxes made from special blanks; jacketed boxes.-A container for ice creams and other substances to be kept from change in temperature consists of a double-walled box A with a separate heat-insulated lid C having a part extending into the interior of the inner chamber to maintain in position a metal or other receptacle B for the ice-cream &c. The box and lid are formed from separate blanks, Figs. 1. and IV., of strawboard or like material cut, scored, folded and stitched or fastened by adhesive or by pins. The jacket and the interior of the lid may contain air only, or solid insulating material such as cord dust, sawdust, slag-wool, kapok or corrugated paper.
