Bee-keepers' appliances.-A device for distributing disinfectant in beehives consists of an elongated container a, preferably of square crosssection, 'having a slot h in one side and a filling aperture at the end covered by a lid d of waxed paper &c. Wadding, cotton, &c. is placed in the container which is then charged with a volatile disinfectant and placed between adjacent frames at both sides of the hive, the adjustable foot c supporting the device at the correct height.
