Abstract

193,818. Trane, R. Feb. 21, 1922, [Convention date]. Rulers. - The lower face of a ruller is provided with a longitudinal groove 3 within which fits a member 9 terminating in prongs 10. The member 9 is secured to a vertical stem 7 enclosed in a sleeve 6 secured to the upper face of the ruler, the stem being formed at its upper end with a knob 8. By depressing the knob against the action of a spring 11 the prongs 10 are pressed into the paper &c. to prevent movement of the ruler.
