Clamps, eccentric.-A window-sash fastener, lifter, and anti-rattler comprises a spring-controlled cam 8 pivoted on a hollow dome-shaped base 4 containing a coiled spring connected at one end to a fixed stud 6, and at the other end to the operating-arm 7 of the cam. The arm 7 and an arm 9 integral with the base 4 form a window-lifter. The edge of the cam may be widened out and serrated to increase its grip against the window frame.
