Covered boxes; lids and covers.-A blank for a box body is placed on an adhesive covering-blank, the body blank is erected, and the covering-blank is folded and secured, leaving a projecting flap 13<a>, Fig. 11. A neck-piece to receive a similarly-formed lid with a projecting flap 14<a>, Fig. 14, is secured in the body, and the lid is placed in position. Either projecting flap is then secured to the lid and body to form a hinge, the remaining flap serving to secure the lid after the box has been filled. In a modification, both flaps 13<a>, 14<a> are on the covering- blank for the body, as shown in Fig. 16.
