5328. Jolley, J. S. April 9. Draught appliances. -Means for swinging the brake 51 of a plough about its vertical pivot, to adjust the line of draught, comprises arms 47, 48 projecting from a boss on a rock shaft 4 and adapted to engage alternately with adjustable studs 49, 50 screwed into the brake on opposite sides. The shaft 4 is rocked by means of toothed quadrants 22, 23, or bell-crank levers, actuated by a rod 27 and lever 29, a locking-pawl 34 and notched quadrant 31 being provided to lock the shaft with the arms in operative on inoperative positions.
