Systems, electric.- In a system. comprising a magneto in which, at starting, a current from a battery is sent to the primary of the magneto through an electro-magnetic trembler, the circuit through the coil of the trembler is in shunt with that through the magneto and may contain a non- inductive resistance. The magneto preferably used, is one in which the primary circuit is open when the multicylinder engine on which it is used is in its position of rest.
