[Published under Section 91 of the Act.] Materials, treating with inert substances.- Salts such as ammonium nitrate or calcium nitrate are prevented from hardening into lumps by mixing with diatomite or kieselguhr. The salt may be first heated, directly or by blowing hot gases therethrough.
