18,330. Amborn, G. Aug. 7. Tool-holders for use in boring comprise a bar A having a threaded connexion with a bolt slotted at D, E to receive a tool at varying inclinations. A correspondingly slotted or notched sleeve F engages the end of the bar A and serves to clamp the tool. The bolt is pre. ferably headed to prevent loss of the sleeve when the tool is removed.
