Wire fencing, securing to standards.- Fence wires are secured to standards and droppers by hooks D passed therethrough and formed with a notch d, Fig. 1, or pierced with a hole G, Fig. 4, to enable a locking-wedge F to be driven between the hook and the side or face of the standard. The end of the hook may be made long enough to allow free movement of the wire or short enough to lock it in position as shown at the upper and lower parts, respectively, of Fig. 3.
