Substantive-dye processes. - Fast claret-red shades are obtained by dyeing with the trisazo dye produced by coupling tetrazotized m-aminophenylazo-2 : 5 : 7-aminonaphthol sulphonic acid with two molecules of resorcin, and aftertreating with formaldehyde ; the dye is also suitable for dyeing union goods.
