Slipping of wheels, preventing. - A device for preventing side-slipping of a bicycle or motorcycle, comprises two forks e, one on each side of the rear wheel, pointing outwardly and rearwardly, and having at their ends small auxiliary wheels f in contact with the road surface. The forks are rotatably carried in extensions c of hubs b rotatable aboutextensions of the rear-wheel axle a, the weight of the parts keeping the wheels in contact with the road. Springs k are provided to damp the oscillations of the small wheels, and to increase the adhesion of these wheels upon the road.
