3932. Clayton, H., Goldthorpe, A., and Mossop, E. Feb. 16. Cooking -vessels; frying-pans &c, - A combined frying-pan, steaming-pan, and braising- pan comprises a frying-pan having flanges a, b, on which rests a bottomless cylinder e having a lid f with handles g, h. For use as a frying-pan, the lid f is removed. For use as a braising or steaming pan, the device is used, as shown, with a grid i having feet l adapted to rest on the pan. The pan may be cast or stamped, and the cylinder may be made of cast iron, block tin, brass, aluminium, or other material. Other forms of handles than those shown may be employed.
