Abstract
30,010. Cobb, J. M. Dec. 31. Vehicle-axle bearings.-A pedestal bearing for colliery corves, tubs, &c. has a removable side claw A formed with two projections C fitting into recesses D in the pedestal, and with a central cut-away portion fitting over a lug F. The removable part is locked by a pin G, Fig. 4, formed with a tooth A, which passes along a groove J and enters a recess K in the side of the lug F. A weighted head I on the pin lies in a recess L and holds the tooth H out of register with the groove J.
