Vehicle-axle bearings.-A pedestal bearing for mining-corves &c. is provided with a detachable claw A, formed with a thickened portion C recessed into the pedestal B and with a cross arm E sliding in a hole in the pedestal. The claw is secured by a split pin F passing through a lug G on the pedestal and a swell H on the claw.
