Impression surfaces; intaglio printing.-In a machine for printing from an engraved roller A on fabrics, paper, &c. passed between this roller and a small yieiding impression roller B, the roller B is arranged between t w o larger counterpressure rollers C journaled in common bearing- brackets E adjustable by screws D. The arrangement is adapted to prevent bending of the roller B by preventing the roller from moving laterally.
